From SMT to assembly
Boards go through SMT first, then into frame assembly and final packing. We photograph the key stations so buyers can see the process before placing an order.

Three test stages
Each unit passes three checks: incoming component and board inspection, in-line functional testing after assembly, and a final outgoing inspection before carton packing. Defect rate data is to confirm; the process above is fixed for every batch.

Certification and compliance
Applicable models carry CE, RoHS, and FCC. The certificate list is matched to the model you order and shared in the compliance pack. We do not quote certificates for models that do not hold them.

Delivery capability
MOQ, sampling lead time, and mass-production schedule are to confirm per model and order volume. Ask for the current table and we will send it with the quotation.
